Cookie Policy

Last updated: 12 July 2026

This page lists everything bitpute.com stores in your browser. It's a short list.

Strictly necessary storage

theme (local storage, not a cookie). Remembers whether you picked light or dark mode. Set only when you use the theme switch, never sent to any server, kept until you clear your browser data. No consent is required for storage that only does what you asked it to do.

That is the entire first-party list. The site sets no first-party tracking cookies, no analytics cookies and no fingerprinting scripts.

Advertising cookies (when ads are shown)

If the site shows ads through Google AdSense, Google and its certified ad partners may set third-party cookies to serve ads, prevent fraud and measure performance. Common examples are Google's __gads, __gpi and, for personalised advertising, cookies from the doubleclick.net domain. Which cookies actually appear depends on your consent choices and your region.

If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, a consent banner will ask before any non-essential cookies are set. You can accept, decline, or manage choices per purpose, and you can reopen the banner later to change your mind. Declining does not block the site; you may simply see non-personalised or fewer ads.

Controlling cookies yourself

Blocking everything will not break the calculators. They run without any cookies at all.
